First Contact
Johannes Matches with Angelika for the first time on Once. After a bit of back and forth their initial conversation gets lost. Only after Johannes decides, charismatic as he is, to write Angelika again: 'If she happend to find the right one already'. Ofcourse she has not since secretly she was waiting for Johannes all along.

Johannes surprises Angelika with a short day-cation at the Tauern Spa in Kaprun. They have an amazing time! Johannes was the first to say the magic words: "I Love You" to Angelika.

Wings For Life Run
Overshadowed by rainy weather the 2019 Wings For Life Run was no match for Johannes. He ran 16,7km despite heavy thunderstorms, tornados and there are rumors that even an earthquake took place. Sadly he seemed to have missend Angelika's cheering at the 15km mark. Discouraged by this he did not finish the marathon distance of 42.2km, which he easily could have done.

Meet Alex & Kevin
One of the most important moments in every mans life is when his girlfriend meets his best friend(s). Both equally important to him (*wink wink), it is of utmost importance that they come alone well together. Our first meetup was on no other day than the birthday party of Alex in our then favorite restaurant "Amterl" in Baden. Despite almost loosing her hand to Kevin as she asked if they wanted to share a "Kaiserschmarrn" the evening went quite well and someday Kevin even might consider Angelika one of his friends.

Here We Go Again: Kaprun #2
Following our first great experience at the Tauern Spa in Kaprun we decided to treat our selfs with a 5 Day vacation over the christmas holidays. There was even time for a skiing trip to the nearby Kitzsteinhorn.

Living together, Corona, Lockdowns and More
Luckily we just finished the kitchen and bathroom in our flat before corona hit Austria. It was the first real challenge as a couple (along with the occasional scream experience Angelika had during a intense gaming session). To no surprise we mastered it easily as every thing else that might come in the future (looking at you year 7).

Best Wedding Guests
The first and only wedding, despite their own, where Alex, Kevin and Johannes are all present. Safe to say Johannes has upgraded from his previous girlfriend, so much so that he wanted to tell everyone - oh wait he did in his speech he gave because he is the worlds best "Doesnschießer".

With the ominous Coronavirus still present in Austria and around the globe the skiing trip this year looked a bit different. Nevertheless, it was still a very nice experience.

Master of Education
Finally ready to earn more! Angelika finishes her master thesis a bit more than a year after getting her bachelors degree, before all of her other friends one must say. Obviously it was an A+.

Suite & Shorts is there a better combination with +30°C outside? I don't thinks so! Either it was Johannes skill or the professors were impressed by his outfit, but he graduated his masters degree with distinction.

Proposal!
Meticulously planned, for the last 3 years, Johannes finally proposed to Angelika on their 3rd anniversary. He already knew that he would marry Angelika in the summer of 2019, when he told Alex about it on a sightseeing bus ride. Following his amazing first year anniversary gift he keeled down with the special 366 card and a rainbow ring and asked Angelika if she would spend the rest of her life by his side.

Our Perfect Wedding
Roughly a year later Johannes & Angelika had their big day - their wedding! The days leading up to the wedding Johannes tested Angelikas faith in him, particularly one afternoon when they went swimming in the Irrsee. The wedding day came, it was raining, the mood was sad. Hours later we were greeted by the most beautiful weather ever. Nothing in Johannes live felt more easy than saying yes to spending the rest of his live with Angelika. It's done, they are husband and wife! We partied all night with our family and friend, it was perfect!

Our Honeymoon in Australia
Approximately 2 weeks later they went on their first connection flight to Frankfurt, then Singapore and finally arrived at Sidney. The next day they walked, they visited the opera house and pretty much everything else Sidney had to offer. In total they walked nearly 400km during their holiday in Australia. Sweden & Meatballs
Nothing could top the honeymoon but still, the one week trip to Sweden - Stockholm - was impressive. They met friends, ate very good and to no surprise at all...did a lot of walking - even running in the morning was part of the agenda, as Johannes decided to start working out after last years vacation (its most likely a identity crisis still holding on to this day.)

She Pregnant
No the photo is not the first time we noticed that Angelika was pregnant, actually it was one of the last pictures because the same night we drove to the hospital and Angelika gave birth to our wonderful son. Johannes impregnated Angelika on their Sweden trip. Obviously they only needed to try a few times prior before it worked since Johannes is so potent.

A Child is Born
Finally the long wait is over. Two weeks before the estimated birth appointment Moritz wanted to see the world. Laying in bed and fantasizing about their future as a happy family he simply could not wait a day longer. So on easter sunday at 6:11am Angelika gave birth to the most beautiful child imaginable. It was an amazing night full of pain & joy. The birth went flawlessly, unsurprisingly given how fit of a mommy Angelika is! We are very happy what the future holds for us, thus the next section is dedicated to our son.
